Ordered 4 disposable vape Big Bars. One was a dud and didn't work. They won't replace or refund. Read the fine print I guess.

$20 for shipping? And it was missing parts, I got a return slip and scared they're not going to refund me now seeing the reviews. Also was charged $19 for $12 vape. Also the PB&Jam expired in 2019.
Edit... Now I bring to USPS because that's the label they gave me and she said it's contraband. It's missing pieces and they admitted it was used for a display pic and why they didn't have plastic cover on it... So upset. So my bill was $90 and all I get was two vape juices. I sent them an email.
I will never buy from them again NEVER I contacted them saying I never received my package and all they can say is they can’t do anything about it they didn’t even answer any of my questions. This was my first time purchasing because I had ran out and I guess this is how they do business never again I buy allot of juice online and never had an issue so this is bs I’m livid. Completely worst business and unprofessional. At least give me my money back or something but I will be sticking with my original store online lesson learned.
Takes them FOREVER to ship your product! I typically use ejuice.deals or eightvape.com but they both were out of my juice so I figured I'd give them a try. NEVER again!
I order from here all the time and get it perfectly. I’m obsessed with the cloud nurdz ice flavors. They do their best to get it out on time and I understand if it takes longer then expected. All y’all complaining just mad cause it took awhile. You don’t understand it’s a lot of work to do it all Be patient. Thank you for my nicotine! ~shayna holmes
The WORST customer service ever. This company DOES NOT stand behind products that arrive DEFECTIVE. They will take your money but they won't replace defective merchandise. How is this even humanly possible in this day and age? I have never encountered such a shocking disregard for the customer. I have taken my business elsewhere and advise you to do the same. Otherwise when that defective pen arrives you'll be out the $10 that they will refuse to reimburse you for. UNBELIEVABLE
I have ordered from these guys for over a year and I would never use anyone else. I only buy salt nic and replacement coils, but have never had any thing worse than my card being credited when a juice sells out before my order ships. They take a day or two to get the order shipped but three business days is always the maximum wait. No idea why others have gone through hell, but i wouldn't shop online anywhere else.
I ordered Thursday evening and I got it Monday of next week idfk what everyone is griping about you catch more flies with honey than vinegar you id10ts

This is the worst site that i have ever dealt with! I called to cancel an order and they only took off one item. When i got charged for the package that i cancelled i called the "customer service " number and after about 5 calls in a female answered the phone and basically called me a liar that i didnt cancel the order.i only cancelled one item. I knew i was dealing with idiot's. I told the female about this and she again calles me a liar. She told me that i only cancelled one item. She refuses to give me a refund. She is one miserable witch! She also said that she is the only person that deals with customer service and there is not a manager or any other person to speak to! I will be reporting this company to the BBB and anyone else that i can! I would love to see this company close their doors for good!
